At StrongX Digital Services, we strive for complete client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Deposit & Milestone Payments

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they reserve our time and resources for your project.

Eligible Refunds

  • If we fail to deliver agreed services within a reasonable extended timeline without client-caused delay
  • If a project is cancelled before any work has started — full deposit may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee
  • If deliverables materially fail to match an approved written scope and cannot be corrected after reasonable revision attempts

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after project approval or delivery of drafts
  • Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, or scope changes
  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, ads, stock assets) already incurred
  • Completed and approved final deliverables

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to strongxdigitalservices@gmail.com within 14 days of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
